Elmbrook Facility

The Elmbrook HealthCare and Rehabilitation Centre offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation to people of all ages.

Our dedicated subacute care rehabilitation unit has beautifully remodeled private and semi-private rooms. The unit also offers specialized activities dedicated to our subacute, rehabilitation patients.

Our facility offers a variety of other spaces to interest all:

• Town Square which includes a gift shop, game room, juke box, Bistro, laundromat and movie theater
• Computer facilities
• Ice Cream Parlor
• Outdoor garden and patio
• Rehabilitation gym

• Chapel for prayer or meditation
